Changes to your reservation can only be made if you have not yet done your web check-in and you have time:
You can change your reservation through our website, call center or at the airport counter before the scheduled time of your national or international flight.
Go to our website and click the change my reservation button.
You can do this type of change regardless of whether or not you have traveled on the first leg of your reservation, with the exception of connecting flights, where splitting of the routes is not allowed.
In this case, the change must be made before starting the flight.
If your reservation is for a round trip, you must change the name of the ticket holder before starting the first flight of the journey.
If you make a change to a reservation, it applies to all passengers included on it.
If you want to make the change for one or any of the passengers in the reservation, you must request an exception through our contactl center.
